Jerome Matamoros
Owner/ ISA certified ArboristWith a focus on best practices and continuing education, Jerome provides clients with a knowledge based, safe approach to caring for trees. As a second generation arborist, he has been learning about trees his whole life from his mother. Jerome started out in horticulture but later narrowed his focus to arboriculture. He started apprenticing in arboriculture in Toronto in 2010. This taught him the skills to work in tight spaces and under difficult conditions, as well as how to care for a varied number of tree species in myriad conditions. In 2017, following the birth of his first child with wife Lindsay Matamoros, he moved his family to the Barrie area then to Coldwater a few years later, and has been serving Simcoe county and surrounding areas ever since.

Lindsay is an integral part of the team behind Branch Manager Tree Care, working alongside her husband, Jerome, since 2017. With hands-on experience in the field, Lindsay has contributed to a wide range of operations. Her practical knowledge of the work ensures she understands every aspect of the services the company provides.
In addition to her fieldwork, Lindsay has played a key role in managing office operations, helping to keep the business running smoothly. She takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive prompt responses to their questions and concerns and enjoy a seamless, positive experience from start to finish.
Together, Lindsay and Jerome have built not only a trusted tree care business, but also a family rooted in a shared appreciation for nature and arboriculture.

Riley Blake
Riley is an friendly and approachable person who takes pride in making people feel comfortable. He enjoys caring for the trees and properties he attends. After completing the Urban Arborist program at Humber college in march 2021, he came to work with Branch Manager Tree Care. Riley has been one of our key professionals ever since, recently celebrating 5 years with the company. Riley hasn’t rested on his laurels since graduating from Humber. In December of 2025 he challenged and passed the ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) exam, becoming a certified arborist.
Climbing ArboristHaylea McGirr
Haylea is a driven individual who started with us 4 years ago, having no experience but tons of passion. From the first meeting we knew Haylea was going to be a great fit. In the time since that meeting she has proven that to be true. She has grown into a junior climber with an appetite for knowledge in both climbing techniques and plant biology. She completed the Arborist Apprenticeship at Humber College in March 2026.
